Martial Arts Academy, which he founded on the networking principles
of combining other martial arts. He has an AAS from SUNY Delhi
in Energy System Technology. He has grown up with Karate
and notes that, "as an adolescent, I learned the benefits
of setting goals, understanding the importance of achieving what
ever I set my mind to; as an adult, I understand perseverance
and discipline allowing me to focus on my Karate, as well as
my work, relationships, and family." Shihan Dewey
would like all students and partners to acknowledge and remember
how fortunate we all are to have the gifts we carry with us each
day, also, "being a martial artist is about learning and
sharing. We can all learn a lot if we put our faith and heart
into our training." |
